The hours for other days is 10am until 6pm. Seriously?
I realize that the people running the voting are ancient, but most people work during those hours. The two early voting locations in the county are on the other side of the river from where I work and live, which means it takes half an hour to 45 minutes to get there, so I won’t be able to get there before 6pm. I start work before 10 am and I don’t have enough time over lunch to get there. I did not have this problem last time or the time before that… I’ve voted early in every election except the 2004 election.
I most likely won’t be able to get to the polls when they are open on election day either (maybe, it depends on how full they are. I could do it in theory at 7am as long as there aren’t too many people ahead of me, I have to be at work at 8).
It is a republican conspiracy against people who have to work for a living.
