February 5th

Today’s Diet (as in the things I ate, not an attempt to cut Calories)

  1. Breakfast:  Eggs in avocados.  The recipe was bull, but we made it work by cooking the avocado halves and poaching the eggs and shoving them in.  Also, two slices of graham bread with butter and honey. 
  2. Several cups of tea.
  3. Lunch:  Queso (the good kind with ground beef, Rotel, chili powder, left over avocado from breakfast, sour cream, etc) and chips with a vanilla rum and cherry Coke.
  4. Snack:  Chips and guacamole with a Blue Moon.
  5. Dinner:  Three meat, stuffed crust pizza and a Sam Adams.
  6. Snack:  Popcorn with butter and seasoning.

Thoughts:  That is more alcohol than I normally drink in a week unless it is the end of the semester.  I have to watch out for potassium withdrawal tomorrow.  I will put guacamole on my eggs and eat some with chips after dinner.
