I need to do the Pai Da Qi Gong more often
It is doing a nice mix of rain and snow right now, so the dog walk was called off this morning. I don’t mind walking in this, but driving in sand while it is precipitating is as pad as driving on a sheet of ice. Wait to minutes after it stops and you are good, but don’t try it while the rain is coming down.
So, instead, I did an arm workout while the dogs napped. ;-) Then I decided I want to stretch, so I dug out my Tai Chi notebook and did the Qi Gong. A couple of the moves I still do often to stretch out my shoulders, but I haven’t done the whole thing in about a year. I feel so stretched and relaxed right now. I was even able to do the belly laugh at the end with no problems what so ever. I will have to keep it up this week.
