Arena Football is Fucking Awesome!
We went to our first game today.  The New Mexico Stars are brand new and we have season tickets in the first row on the 25 yard-line (that is mid-field for arena). We sit right behind the Stars’ bench.  You can talk to the players.  If I was allowed, I could reach out and pinch a tight end. ;-)  Also, there is checking in Arena football, like in hockey, ‘cuz there are walls. My...

I know I’ve mentioned before that I love chocolate cheerios. Did you know they also make peanut butter cheerios? I am having Reeses peanut butter cup cheerios right now. I actually waited a whole week to try it because I was scared it wouldn’t be awesome.  It is awesome, so do not fear.

discoverynews: Climate Warming Denial: Big Business What to do when adults persist in believing that the burning of fossil fuels is causing climate change? You know, on account of that pesky overwhelming scientific evidence and stuff? Simple. Target kids instead, and try to convince them, as early as possible, that it’s all a crock - or at least that it’s highly controversial. That...

Tumblr Theme Ideas?
I need a new theme for my craft blog.  Here is what I’m looking for: I don’t want to code it from scratch, but I do want to be able to modify the html easily. I want a better method for linking to certain tags than the “create a page” option. I want to be able to easily link to my Ravelry and Google Docs stuff. I want it to be pretty, but not busy. I want to be able to...

Breakfast:  Eggs in avocados.  The recipe was bull, but we made it work by cooking the avocado halves and poaching the eggs and shoving them in.  Also, two slices of graham bread with butter and honey.  Several cups of tea. Lunch:  Queso (the good kind with ground beef, Rotel, chili powder, left over avocado from breakfast, sour cream, etc) and chips with a vanilla rum and cherry Coke. ...
