Combined (the two of us) we used 102 of our 700...
This is above average for us, but that is the smallest amount of minutes in a family plan. The plan still saves us quite a bit over two separate accounts. I don’t even want rollover minutes, because we would NEVER use them. Now, if I could trade them in like points or something, or sell them to other customers…
This weekend I'm looking forward to:
Catching up on tumblr (my posts and yours)
Shopping for necessities (seriously, that is how much I need retail therapy)
A few small online purchases that aren’t the most necessary of necessities (like awesome soap)
KNITTING!!!
NAPPING!!!
Just hanging out with my man and the dogs
Getting my web page for work finished

This is one of those times I'm really glad I have...
Being able to blog about my thoughts, and get them organized and verbalized really helps me process. I’ve never been good at journaling, but blogging is a very positive part of my life now.

Bad end to a good week
This week was exhausting, but so many good things happened, that it was okay. That is, until this afternoon. I was accused of not working with students and of being hard to work with by someone whose opinion I value very highly.

gamma knife worked. my brain scans came back clean. the doctor recommends a chemo pill for maintenance which has been shown to fuck up colon cancer, but not always. he wants 6 weeks of that, 2 pills a day. i wouldn’t feel as sick. at first yes, but then after the first few days it should be manageable. that is completely subjective and it greatly depends on the patient.

And it is supposed to be above freezing! (you know those storms in California they’ve been making a big fuss about? yeah, they have been dumping snow here) Luckily, though the spa is an inside-outside affair, everything is heated. You just have to sprint between the hot tubs and the pool, and keep everything you can under water.
